Our large metal roll up garage door was seriously out of adjustment and could not be used until repaired. Precision Technician, Raymond, called me and gave me a 20 minute ETA and 20 minutes later he arrived. He got to work immediately and within a very short time period he had the door working properly. I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door of Sonoma Napa Solano's rapid response and excellent service. I had tried to open my garage door, unaware that spring had broke. The motor "gasped" and quit. I called Precision Garage Door that afternoon and they were able to schedule a technician for the following morning. The tech arrived on time, did an evaluation and explained my options. I picked one and by noon I had a functioning and much quieter garage door opener.
