I'm very pleased with the new opener, however, we were only able to get one iPhone to connect to the camera. The instructions suggested that I could connect by sharing with my wife's phone but when I tried to connect it wouldn't do it. I'm disappointed with that. Raymond is an excellent tech but it would but a great service if the tech could connect all the phones and iPad. This would have been a 5 star if all that would have worked! bob and ramona

We had Raymond show from Precision within 2 hours of calling , he was very knowledgeable and gave us many options to choose from. The installation was quick and easy and removed the old system and cleaned up fully when he was done. We had a Lift Master for 18 years and I swear by them , the only thing I don't like is that our new Lift Master will not hook to two of our three vehicles because Home Link requires you to buy an adapter . For the cost I would have thought Lift Master would have included it.

Setting an appointment was easy and it was set for the same day. Service technician call to let me know he was 30 minutes away. Raymond arrived exactly 30 minutes later. Good evening Mr. Tanga, Thank you for sending Mr. Raymond Foster to repair my garage door. He did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results! Mr. Foster is courteous, honest and professional. He inspected my broken door opener and gave me a very reasonable quote for repair. While in the process of fixing the door opener, he noticed the broken springs and fixed those as well. Even though this process cost a bit more than the original quote, he managed to give me a discount and complete the entire project in record time. I now have his contact information and will recommend this company and also give a stellar reference for Raymond. Thank you again! Please let Raymond know he deserves a 10!

On 12/23 my Garage door cables tangled. Precision Garage Door responded quickly to my request for help. Jordan Beltran came to give me an estimate and fix the problem. Jordan was friendly, professional, quickly resolved the problem while explaining what he was doing. He also provided me tips on testing the garage door as well as some simple tasks I can do to maintain the door. I would not hesitate to call on this company and will recommend them to friends.
