Our garage door remotes stopped working. We called and got an appointment the same day within a 2 hour window. The company emailed background information on the technician, which was very re-assuring. He was able to get everything working, including a new replacement remote, and our garage door is working again. Excellent service.

If I can give y'all a Ten stars I would! I want to give the highest praise to your technician, Raymond Foster. He was professional from start to finish. He called ahead with an estimated time, arrived right on schedule, and immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and deep knowledge of his work. My husband and I especially enjoyed that his name is also Raymond—it made us laugh and created an instant connection. Raymond carefully explained what was needed, answered our questions with patience, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. The entire project took about an hour, which I appreciated because it showed that he took the time to do the job right rather than rushing. Our new motor works perfectly, it’s so much quieter than our old piece and we feel an extra sense of relief & safety knowing the garage camera is now installed as well. We are very pleased with both the quality of service and the end result. On 12/23 my Garage door cables tangled. Precision Garage Door responded quickly to my request for help. Jordan Beltran came to give me an estimate and fix the problem. Jordan was friendly, professional, quickly resolved the problem while explaining what he was doing. He also provided me tips on testing the garage door as well as some simple tasks I can do to maintain the door. I would not hesitate to call on this company and will recommend them to friends. I was extremely pleased with their quick response, professional team members, attention to details, and high level of customer service!

I'm very pleased with the new opener, however, we were only able to get one iPhone to connect to the camera. The instructions suggested that I could connect by sharing with my wife's phone but when I tried to connect it wouldn't do it. I'm disappointed with that. Raymond is an excellent tech but it would but a great service if the tech could connect all the phones and iPad. This would have been a 5 star if all that would have worked! bob and ramona

Dear Mr Tanga I was very pleased with the initial work that your associate, Raymond Foster provided on my new garage install. But, I had to make another appointment to get another remote and a keychain remote. I had read some data on my newly installed door opener that I needed to ask Mr. Foster some questions about, so; I made another appointment. He didn’t show up or call to say he wasn’t coming for my appointment, so I was very upset. I made another appointment for, 9/29 and I guess there was a mixup because I didn’t get the call from Mr. Foster so he probably had other appointments and he could not ring me again. I totally understood. I have made another appointment for Wednesday, 10/1 from 4pm- 6pm. Hopefully, Mr. Foster can answer and resolve my questions on my new install and provide the remotes that I requested. As I said, I was pleased with the service that Mr. Foster provided. He has very good customer service. I just did’t like the no show, no call. Thank you, Mr Tanga for giving me an opportunity to express my thoughts about your company.
