My garage door failed last night (Sunday) with no warning and our car was stuck inside, I booked an online appointment for this morning and our tech, Jordan, arrived at 8:30 am, took a look and gave me 3 options for the repair. Jordan explained all the options clearly and as the garage door and equipment was at least 30 years old, I opted to have everything updated as the torsion spring was snapped causing the problems. Jordan did a great job and would explain his work and progress to me when I checked on the progress being made. The work took a little longer than he estimated and I would be fine with paying for his extra time, but the original estimate was what I paid. The door opens and closes as smooth and quiet as I have ever heard. A job well done!
