I experienced a failure of 2 garage door panels and was unable to access my garage. After getting three estimates and conducting a thorough review of the companies, I chose Precision. Their evaluation, estimate for parts, price, install time, and ability to match the other existing door were superior to the other companies. Chase Pedrini, Precision Technician, answered my questions and I chose a replacement rather than a repair. I also had conversations with Troy to clarify the details and expectations of the contact. He was very professional and friendly which made the contract agreement and process easier. The product arrived much sooner than anticipated; the appoint was schedule immediately, and Chase was on site in several days. The entire install went quickly, and it became immediately clear that Chase, and Raymond Foster who arrived to assist, were consummate professionals. Everything was removed, installed, checked, and the debris cleaned up as promised. Nothing short of awesome! Precision Garage Door Service will be my "Go-To" guys in the future! I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door of Sonoma Napa Solano's rapid response and excellent service. I had tried to open my garage door, unaware that spring had broke. The motor "gasped" and quit. I called Precision Garage Door that afternoon and they were able to schedule a technician for the following morning. The tech arrived on time, did an evaluation and explained my options. I picked one and by noon I had a functioning and much quieter garage door opener.

Garage door was serviced a year ago. Had some problems with it opening properly so called for help. Service was sent out same day. Fixed it without extra charges. Very professional.
