Technician Ray Foster was knowledgeable and efficient in accomplishing the repair. The only problem was a glitch in scheduling. My appointment, confirmed by text and email from the company, was between 10 am and 2 pm, but no one appeared by 2 pm. I called after 2 and was assured a tech would reach out. An hour later no contact had been made so I called again and the rep on the phone at 3 pm said that my appointment showed as being set between 4 and 8 that day, some in-office glitch I assume. I'm glad the repairman eventually arrived and fixed the problems. I wish I hadn't had to wait 4+ hours with no appearance or contact.

I'm very pleased with the new opener, however, we were only able to get one iPhone to connect to the camera. The instructions suggested that I could connect by sharing with my wife's phone but when I tried to connect it wouldn't do it. I'm disappointed with that. Raymond is an excellent tech but it would but a great service if the tech could connect all the phones and iPad. This would have been a 5 star if all that would have worked! bob and ramona

Dear Mr Tanga I was very pleased with the initial work that your associate, Raymond Foster provided on my new garage install. But, I had to make another appointment to get another remote and a keychain remote. I had read some data on my newly installed door opener that I needed to ask Mr. Foster some questions about, so; I made another appointment. He didn’t show up or call to say he wasn’t coming for my appointment, so I was very upset. I made another appointment for, 9/29 and I guess there was a mixup because I didn’t get the call from Mr. Foster so he probably had other appointments and he could not ring me again. I totally understood. I have made another appointment for Wednesday, 10/1 from 4pm- 6pm. Hopefully, Mr. Foster can answer and resolve my questions on my new install and provide the remotes that I requested. As I said, I was pleased with the service that Mr. Foster provided. He has very good customer service. I just did’t like the no show, no call. Thank you, Mr Tanga for giving me an opportunity to express my thoughts about your company.
