I had the best experience with precision. Troy came out with Raymond and made a garage door that I wanted to re-use work. All other companies would only up sale me to a news door. It took a couple visits as it is a heavy duty door, but they made sure everything was correct and working. Would only recommend them for your garage door work.

Our large metal roll up garage door was seriously out of adjustment and could not be used until repaired. Precision Technician, Raymond, called me and gave me a 20 minute ETA and 20 minutes later he arrived. He got to work immediately and within a very short time period he had the door working properly. Hi David I think you may have the wrong company!
I wanted a keypad, which is all I asked for. The serviceman noticed that our garage door was squeaking when opening and closing and just oiled it all up for me with no charge. It was fantastic customer service.
