Raymond, the technician who did my work was timely, polite, professional, efficient, found the problem and fixed it. He explained and answered questions well and made sure I understood. Overall, I would rate him a 10 out of 10 with 10 the best. Due to that I would use your service again, despite having a warranty contract that I pay for every year and now may get rid of them. I just see at the bottom of this page you allow for military and senior discounts, I didn't realize this from your advertisement. I have both retired Airforce and State employment along with being age 69. Thank you, Jackie Bowyer

Raymond was very professional, courteous and helpful. He called to let us know when to expect him, and he was there when he said he would be. Really like our new garage door opener that Raymond was able to install in about an hour. A+ all the way!
