Raymond, the technician who did my work was timely, polite, professional, efficient, found the problem and fixed it. He explained and answered questions well and made sure I understood. Overall, I would rate him a 10 out of 10 with 10 the best. Due to that I would use your service again, despite having a warranty contract that I pay for every year and now may get rid of them. I just see at the bottom of this page you allow for military and senior discounts, I didn't realize this from your advertisement. I have both retired Airforce and State employment along with being age 69. Thank you, Jackie Bowyer

Raymond was excellent.He was straight forward on what he found wrong with my door and what the repairs would cost. He was obviously experienced and knew what he was doing. 5 stars is not enough- I'd give him a 6+ and will utilize Precision for all future repairs.
