I called last night due to a broken spring. We set an appointment for the following morning. The technicians, Raymond and Mike, arrived within the time frame and were absolutely the best. Hi Team, I called Precision first thing this morning and they had a service tech out within 3 hours. Raymond identified the main issue and also the fact that the opener had not been working at all. He was able to install a new opener the same day. I am happy and my tenants are happy.

I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door of Sonoma Napa Solano's rapid response and excellent service. I had tried to open my garage door, unaware that spring had broke. The motor "gasped" and quit. I called Precision Garage Door that afternoon and they were able to schedule a technician for the following morning. The tech arrived on time, did an evaluation and explained my options. I picked one and by noon I had a functioning and much quieter garage door opener.
