Our garage door remotes stopped working. We called and got an appointment the same day within a 2 hour window. The company emailed background information on the technician, which was very re-assuring. If I can give y'all a Ten stars I would! I want to give the highest praise to your technician, Raymond Foster. He was professional from start to finish. He called ahead with an estimated time, arrived right on schedule, and immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and deep knowledge of his work. My husband and I especially enjoyed that his name is also Raymond—it made us laugh and created an instant connection. Raymond carefully explained what was needed, answered our questions with patience, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. The entire project took about an hour, which I appreciated because it showed that he took the time to do the job right rather than rushing. Our new motor works perfectly, it’s so much quieter than our old piece and we feel an extra sense of relief & safety knowing the garage camera is now installed as well. We are very pleased with both the quality of service and the end result. I picked your company at random. You technician, Ray Foster, arrived within the agreed upon time (0800 - 1200) and work immediately. He displayed his knowledge and skills in getting the job done promptly and efficiently. He was patient with my explanation of the problem cause. He explained what he thought was needed to make repairs and what he was doing as the job progressed. Raymond Foster was professional in doing his work and worked with the customer (me) in both a profession able and friendly manner. I found your business on the internet. This was a Sunday afternoon. I was given options for an appointment for Monday, the next day. Your technician arrived and gave a very reasonable estimate. When the time comes to need additional garage door work I will not hesitate to call your company.

Today’s (2025 August 04) service exceeded my expectations. The technician (Raymond Foster) arrived right on time, was courteous, and immediately assessed the issue with professionalism and clarity (garage door spring snapped and the wood holding the spring to the wall also snapped). He quickly pinpointed the problem, performed the necessary repairs efficiently, and took the time to walk me through options for future upgrades. I truly appreciated the transparent communication and expert recommendations. As a result, I committed to moving forward with a full upgrade to a new garage door and opener, and I’m looking forward to the next phase. To answer more directly: Did you meet my expectations? Yes, absolutely. Did you solve my problem? Yes, the repair was completed quickly and correctly. Were your representatives courteous and professional? Without a doubt. Were they helpful? I did the traditional Google search for garage door repair. Precision had excellent reviews and your name was familiar. You were able to service quickly, which was important. These are all qualities that I look for with new vendors. I do, however, feel it is necessary to add a shout-out for the technician that performed the service. Though he was young, he was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with additional suggestions, liked my dog :) and was so pleasant to have at my home.

Precision Garage Door was excellent. They were out to fix our broken garage door less than 24 hours after we called them. Their technician, Adam, was very professional and came fully prepared to deal with whatever was required to get us going again. Our garage door hardware and broken spring was very old and Adam explained what was needed to bring it up to a modern standard. The work was done efficiently, and we were back up and running in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend these guys and would absolutely recommend Adam.

Your TV ad was helpful with my choice of which co to choose for the service. The time for service was agreed and I made a clear area under the door opener. The service person came at the agreed time and told me about the new code upgrades. I decided to go for a new opener. The service person had the new opener on his truck and proceeded to remove the old and replace it with a new. He explained the operation, cleaned up and went on to the next job.
