From calling and speaking to office, getting an incredibly fast appointment and person showed up at earliest appointment window..I was in shock! A good shock! Raymond was amazing! The garage door situation is much better now. He answered my questions and was very efficient. I can open the door with confidence..It has new springs as well and I will not be trapped in garage in an emergency. It was updated to meet new safety guidelines. He also showed me how to oil the door and what to avoid doing to not mess it up..tools near door etc. Very efficient and friendly.

He provided me with both an estimate to repair the door as well as cost estimates for replacing my garage doors. He thoroughly explained my options. He called ahead with an estimated time, arrived right on schedule, and immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and deep knowledge of his work. My husband and I especially enjoyed that his name is also Raymond—it made us laugh and created an instant connection. Raymond carefully explained what was needed, answered our questions with patience, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. The entire project took about an hour, which I appreciated because it showed that he took the time to do the job right rather than rushing. Our new motor works perfectly, it’s so much quieter than our old piece and we feel an extra sense of relief & safety knowing the garage camera is now installed as well. I picked your company at random. You technician, Ray Foster, arrived within the agreed upon time (0800 - 1200) and work immediately. He displayed his knowledge and skills in getting the job done promptly and efficiently. He was patient with my explanation of the problem cause. He explained what he thought was needed to make repairs and what he was doing as the job progressed. Raymond Foster was professional in doing his work and worked with the customer (me) in both a profession able and friendly manner. I found your business on the internet. This was a Sunday afternoon. I was given options for an appointment for Monday, the next day. Your technician arrived and gave a very reasonable estimate. When the time comes to need additional garage door work I will not hesitate to call your company.
