My old door had a broken hinge. I placed a call and they quickly came out to evaluate and give me an estimate for a new one. In just a couple weeks my new door and motor came in and they installed it. The techs were very fast and efficient and left my home spotless. The new door looks and works great. I absolutely recommend this company.

On 12/23 my Garage door cables tangled. Precision Garage Door responded quickly to my request for help. Jordan Beltran came to give me an estimate and fix the problem. Jordan was friendly, professional, quickly resolved the problem while explaining what he was doing. He also provided me tips on testing the garage door as well as some simple tasks I can do to maintain the door. I would not hesitate to call on this company and will recommend them to friends. I was extremely pleased with their quick response, professional team members, attention to details, and high level of customer service!

Ray (Raymond Foster) showed up on time with a smile on his face and an attitude that matched. He was fast, efficient and seemed to be able to reach in the box of parts and put everything together without even thinking. His tools were in order, never having to search around for them, just reaching in the toolbag or his waist belt and coming out with the right one facing the right direction. He was careful, courteous and not bothered one bit by me standing there watching him. He answered all my questions without hesitation and spoke highly of the company. He also picked up and cleaned up as he went along installing the opener and the springs. Raymond is the epitome of what an employee should be. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and careful. You should be proud he is representing your company.

I experienced a failure of 2 garage door panels and was unable to access my garage. After getting three estimates and conducting a thorough review of the companies, I chose Precision. Their evaluation, estimate for parts, price, install time, and ability to match the other existing door were superior to the other companies. Chase Pedrini, Precision Technician, answered my questions and I chose a replacement rather than a repair. I also had conversations with Troy to clarify the details and expectations of the contact. He was very professional and friendly which made the contract agreement and process easier. The product arrived much sooner than anticipated; the appoint was schedule immediately, and Chase was on site in several days. The entire install went quickly, and it became immediately clear that Chase, and Raymond Foster who arrived to assist, were consummate professionals. Everything was removed, installed, checked, and the debris cleaned up as promised. Nothing short of awesome! Precision Garage Door Service will be my "Go-To" guys in the future! I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

Raymond, the technician who did my work was timely, polite, professional, efficient, found the problem and fixed it. He explained and answered questions well and made sure I understood. Overall, I would rate him a 10 out of 10 with 10 the best. Due to that I would use your service again, despite having a warranty contract that I pay for every year and now may get rid of them. I just see at the bottom of this page you allow for military and senior discounts, I didn't realize this from your advertisement. We had Raymond show from Precision within 2 hours of calling , he was very knowledgeable and gave us many options to choose from. The installation was quick and easy and removed the old system and cleaned up fully when he was done. We had a Lift Master for 18 years and I swear by them , the only thing I don't like is that our new Lift Master will not hook to two of our three vehicles because Home Link requires you to buy an adapter . For the cost I would have thought Lift Master would have included it.

At this point I am very satisfied with my garage door repair. The technician was very friendly, efficient, and quick. He knew right away what the problems were. He explained what needed to be accomplished and the cost. He offered some other services which we at this point decided not to get accomplished. He did not try to pressure us into further repair/replacement, which I very much appreciate. He went right to work to fix what we agreed upon and did an excellent job. My only complaint if any is that I have not received a receipt for cost and the work accomplished. I would recommend this company to someone needing repairs or replacement to their garage door/s.

We chose Precision because of your TV advertising and you came up first in our Google search. Raymond Foster was our technician and was outstanding. He arrived within your service window, identified the problem in seconds (literally - a busted spring), and was in and out in less than an hour. He was bright, personable, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and why. He also told me about annual maintenance service which we plan to start using. Precision also did a great job texting/emailing us updates on timing and background on Raymond prior to his arrival. Thank you!

Setting an appointment was easy and it was set for the same day. Service technician call to let me know he was 30 minutes away. Raymond arrived exactly 30 minutes later.
