I’ve used Precision services in the past so it was a done deal to call them when my garage door suddenly stopped lifting. The service men were very polite and efficient, all work is guaranteed and the parts they used have a lifetime warranty. They inspected the entire rig and told me everything else was in good shape, didn’t try to sell me a new system. They worked with integrity, something I really appreciate.

Hi Team, I called Precision first thing this morning and they had a service tech out within 3 hours. Raymond identified the main issue and also the fact that the opener had not been working at all. He was able to install a new opener the same day. I am happy and my tenants are happy.

Your TV ad was helpful with my choice of which co to choose for the service. The time for service was agreed and I made a clear area under the door opener. The service person came at the agreed time and told me about the new code upgrades. I decided to go for a new opener. The service person had the new opener on his truck and proceeded to remove the old and replace it with a new. He explained the operation, cleaned up and went on to the next job.
