Raymond was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had my garage door running smoothly again in no time. He replaced the broken spring, cables, and a few worn-out rollers. The whole process was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Your TV ad was helpful with my choice of which co to choose for the service. The time for service was agreed and I made a clear area under the door opener. The service person came at the agreed time and told me about the new code upgrades. I decided to go for a new opener. The service person had the new opener on his truck and proceeded to remove the old and replace it with a new. He explained the operation, cleaned up and went on to the next job.

I’ve used Precision services in the past so it was a done deal to call them when my garage door suddenly stopped lifting. The service men were very polite and efficient, all work is guaranteed and the parts they used have a lifetime warranty. They inspected the entire rig and told me everything else was in good shape, didn’t try to sell me a new system. They worked with integrity, something I really appreciate.

Hi Team, I called Precision first thing this morning and they had a service tech out within 3 hours. Raymond identified the main issue and also the fact that the opener had not been working at all. He was able to install a new opener the same day. I am happy and my tenants are happy.

Booked a same day appointment at 11:00 am, Raymond, the Technician, arrived around 1:30 pm. He quickly idenfitied that the automatic garage door lock was faulty and had the correct model on his truck. The replacement and lubrication of the door was completed in about 20 minutes. Best experience I've ever had on a home repair!
