I'm very pleased with the new opener, however, we were only able to get one iPhone to connect to the camera. The instructions suggested that I could connect by sharing with my wife's phone but when I tried to connect it wouldn't do it. I'm disappointed with that. Raymond is an excellent tech but it would but a great service if the tech could connect all the phones and iPad. This would have been a 5 star if all that would have worked! bob and ramona

We had Raymond show from Precision within 2 hours of calling , he was very knowledgeable and gave us many options to choose from. The installation was quick and easy and removed the old system and cleaned up fully when he was done. We had a Lift Master for 18 years and I swear by them , the only thing I don't like is that our new Lift Master will not hook to two of our three vehicles because Home Link requires you to buy an adapter . For the cost I would have thought Lift Master would have included it.

At this point I am very satisfied with my garage door repair. The technician was very friendly, efficient, and quick. He knew right away what the problems were. He explained what needed to be accomplished and the cost. He offered some other services which we at this point decided not to get accomplished. He did not try to pressure us into further repair/replacement, which I very much appreciate. He went right to work to fix what we agreed upon and did an excellent job. My only complaint if any is that I have not received a receipt for cost and the work accomplished. I would recommend this company to someone needing repairs or replacement to their garage door/s.

We chose Precision because of your TV advertising and you came up first in our Google search. Raymond Foster was our technician and was outstanding. He arrived within your service window, identified the problem in seconds (literally - a busted spring), and was in and out in less than an hour. He was bright, personable, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and why. He also told me about annual maintenance service which we plan to start using. Precision also did a great job texting/emailing us updates on timing and background on Raymond prior to his arrival. Thank you!

Setting an appointment was easy and it was set for the same day. Service technician call to let me know he was 30 minutes away. Raymond arrived exactly 30 minutes later. My garage door failed last night (Sunday) with no warning and our car was stuck inside, I booked an online appointment for this morning and our tech, Jordan, arrived at 8:30 am, took a look and gave me 3 options for the repair. Jordan explained all the options clearly and as the garage door and equipment was at least 30 years old, I opted to have everything updated as the torsion spring was snapped causing the problems. Jordan did a great job and would explain his work and progress to me when I checked on the progress being made. The work took a little longer than he estimated and I would be fine with paying for his extra time, but the original estimate was what I paid. The door opens and closes as smooth and quiet as I have ever heard. A job well done!

I had the best experience with precision. Troy came out with Raymond and made a garage door that I wanted to re-use work. All other companies would only up sale me to a news door. It took a couple visits as it is a heavy duty door, but they made sure everything was correct and working. Would only recommend them for your garage door work.

Good evening Mr. Tanga, Thank you for sending Mr. Raymond Foster to repair my garage door. He did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results! Mr. Foster is courteous, honest and professional. He inspected my broken door opener and gave me a very reasonable quote for repair. While in the process of fixing the door opener, he noticed the broken springs and fixed those as well. Even though this process cost a bit more than the original quote, he managed to give me a discount and complete the entire project in record time.
