He called ahead with an estimated time, arrived right on schedule, and immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and deep knowledge of his work. My husband and I especially enjoyed that his name is also Raymond—it made us laugh and created an instant connection. Raymond carefully explained what was needed, answered our questions with patience, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. The entire project took about an hour, which I appreciated because it showed that he took the time to do the job right rather than rushing. Our new motor works perfectly, it’s so much quieter than our old piece and we feel an extra sense of relief & safety knowing the garage camera is now installed as well. I picked your company at random. You technician, Ray Foster, arrived within the agreed upon time (0800 - 1200) and work immediately. He displayed his knowledge and skills in getting the job done promptly and efficiently. He was patient with my explanation of the problem cause. He explained what he thought was needed to make repairs and what he was doing as the job progressed. Raymond Foster was professional in doing his work and worked with the customer (me) in both a profession able and friendly manner. I found your business on the internet. This was a Sunday afternoon. I was given options for an appointment for Monday, the next day. Your technician arrived and gave a very reasonable estimate. When the time comes to need additional garage door work I will not hesitate to call your company.

Technician Ray Foster was knowledgeable and efficient in accomplishing the repair. The only problem was a glitch in scheduling. My appointment, confirmed by text and email from the company, was between 10 am and 2 pm, but no one appeared by 2 pm. I called after 2 and was assured a tech would reach out. An hour later no contact had been made so I called again and the rep on the phone at 3 pm said that my appointment showed as being set between 4 and 8 that day, some in-office glitch I assume. I'm glad the repairman eventually arrived and fixed the problems. I wish I hadn't had to wait 4+ hours with no appearance or contact.

Today’s (2025 August 04) service exceeded my expectations. The technician (Raymond Foster) arrived right on time, was courteous, and immediately assessed the issue with professionalism and clarity (garage door spring snapped and the wood holding the spring to the wall also snapped). He quickly pinpointed the problem, performed the necessary repairs efficiently, and took the time to walk me through options for future upgrades. I truly appreciated the transparent communication and expert recommendations. As a result, I committed to moving forward with a full upgrade to a new garage door and opener, and I’m looking forward to the next phase. To answer more directly: Did you meet my expectations? Your TV ad was helpful with my choice of which co to choose for the service. The time for service was agreed and I made a clear area under the door opener. The service person came at the agreed time and told me about the new code upgrades. I decided to go for a new opener. The service person had the new opener on his truck and proceeded to remove the old and replace it with a new. He explained the operation, cleaned up and went on to the next job.

Dear Mr Tanga I was very pleased with the initial work that your associate, Raymond Foster provided on my new garage install. But, I had to make another appointment to get another remote and a keychain remote. I had read some data on my newly installed door opener that I needed to ask Mr. Foster some questions about, so; I made another appointment. He didn’t show up or call to say he wasn’t coming for my appointment, so I was very upset. I made another appointment for, 9/29 and I guess there was a mixup because I didn’t get the call from Mr. Foster so he probably had other appointments and he could not ring me again. I totally understood. I have made another appointment for Wednesday, 10/1 from 4pm- 6pm. Hopefully, Mr. Foster can answer and resolve my questions on my new install and provide the remotes that I requested. As I said, I was pleased with the service that Mr. Foster provided.
