Service for garage door breakdown; it ceased rolling. Guy who came drilled key to gain entry, did adjustment to restore working. But then he tried 'upselling' an old lady! Said I'd soon need a new motor and other parts at over $1300. Not convinced, I had the guy who ages ago did a repair take a look a few days later. He found zero wrong with the motor, and ID'd the roller as near the end of life-which he'd said four years ago; consistent diagnosis. And the cost will be less. And he charged me zero for the visit. Trying to sell seniors a new motor with backup battery is 'up selling'. Fortunately, I got a second opinion.

Booked a same day appointment at 11:00 am, Raymond, the Technician, arrived around 1:30 pm. He quickly idenfitied that the automatic garage door lock was faulty and had the correct model on his truck. The replacement and lubrication of the door was completed in about 20 minutes. Best experience I've ever had on a home repair!

From calling and speaking to office, getting an incredibly fast appointment and person showed up at earliest appointment window..I was in shock! A good shock! Raymond was amazing! The garage door situation is much better now. He answered my questions and was very efficient. I can open the door with confidence..It has new springs as well and I will not be trapped in garage in an emergency. It was updated to meet new safety guidelines. He also showed me how to oil the door and what to avoid doing to not mess it up..tools near door etc. Very efficient and friendly.

Dear Mr Tanga I was very pleased with the initial work that your associate, Raymond Foster provided on my new garage install. But, I had to make another appointment to get another remote and a keychain remote. I had read some data on my newly installed door opener that I needed to ask Mr. Foster some questions about, so; I made another appointment. He didn’t show up or call to say he wasn’t coming for my appointment, so I was very upset. I made another appointment for, 9/29 and I guess there was a mixup because I didn’t get the call from Mr. Foster so he probably had other appointments and he could not ring me again. I totally understood. I have made another appointment for Wednesday, 10/1 from 4pm- 6pm. Hopefully, Mr. Foster can answer and resolve my questions on my new install and provide the remotes that I requested. As I said, I was pleased with the service that Mr. Foster provided. I picked your company at random. You technician, Ray Foster, arrived within the agreed upon time (0800 - 1200) and work immediately. He displayed his knowledge and skills in getting the job done promptly and efficiently. He was patient with my explanation of the problem cause. He explained what he thought was needed to make repairs and what he was doing as the job progressed. Raymond Foster was professional in doing his work and worked with the customer (me) in both a profession able and friendly manner. I found your business on the internet. This was a Sunday afternoon. I was given options for an appointment for Monday, the next day. Your technician arrived and gave a very reasonable estimate. When the time comes to need additional garage door work I will not hesitate to call your company.

Technician Ray Foster was knowledgeable and efficient in accomplishing the repair. The only problem was a glitch in scheduling. My appointment, confirmed by text and email from the company, was between 10 am and 2 pm, but no one appeared by 2 pm. I called after 2 and was assured a tech would reach out. An hour later no contact had been made so I called again and the rep on the phone at 3 pm said that my appointment showed as being set between 4 and 8 that day, some in-office glitch I assume. I'm glad the repairman eventually arrived and fixed the problems. I wish I hadn't had to wait 4+ hours with no appearance or contact.
