Our service person, Chase, was at our house within a few hours of my initial call. He was very professional and quickly walked me through the problem with our door as well as several options. He had everything with him to do the work that day, but we had some conflicts in the ceiling area that I needed to remedy. My old door had a broken hinge. I placed a call and they quickly came out to evaluate and give me an estimate for a new one. In just a couple weeks my new door and motor came in and they installed it. The techs were very fast and efficient and left my home spotless. The new door looks and works great.
